How do I retake my exam if I failed it?Updated 2 years ago

If you have failed the module (received a score of less than 55% in the module exam), you only need to resit enough questions within that failed exam to achieve a score of 55%. We recommend you review the details of your exam results carefully before retaking any exam questions.

Within the exam section, you will see a Resit button instead of a Check results button on each page. There is always one resit per exam question free of charge, however, you’ll be charged an additional fee if you resit the same exam question more than once.

If you have failed the module but cannot see the Resit button on exam pages, that means you have some unsaved pages within that module. Unsaved pages might be in either the study or exam section.

To read more about how to check your progress and ensure you have saved all pages, see How do I check my course progress?
